Section 5: Conflict of Interest and Disclosure

All real or potential conflicts of interest must be fully disclosed.

1. If a user works or volunteers for a candidate, a political party, or any other kind of political entity, that affiliation must be disclosed in the user's profile. If the user is posting as a private individual, they should state in their post that they are posting as a private individual and not on behalf of the person or entity with whom they are affiliated.
2. If a user works or volunteers for any other person or entity, and is making a post on behalf of, or in support of, that person or entity, the affiliation must be disclosed in the post.

Users who fail to disclose affiliations in accordance with the above will be subject to sanctions up to and including smiting.
